• In 2016, the enumerated population of Cowichan Valley G (Regional district electoral area) was 2,325, which represents a change of 4.7% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 5.6% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Cowichan Valley G (Regional district electoral area) is 294.65 square kilometres and the population density was 7.9 people per square kilometre.
• In 2016, there were 1,050 private dwellings occupied in Cowichan Valley G (Regional district electoral area), which represent a change of 5.7% from 2011.
